Cancel an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund without any additional fees before a shopper begins shopping.

On the app—

  1. Go to Orders 
  2. Select the order you want to cancel
  3. Tap Help at the top of the order page
  4. Select Cancel order

On the website—

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Click View order detail on the order
  3. Click Need help with something?
  4. Click Cancel order
  5. Select a reason for canceling then Submit

If you cancel an order during the shopping or delivery process, you may be charged a cancellation fee. To cancel after shopping has begun, reach out to support by selecting Get help at the bottom of any article in the Help Center.

Reschedule an order

You can change your delivery date and time up until a shopper begins working on your order. Here’s how to reschedule—

On the app—

  1. Tap Orders
  2. Select the order you want to reschedule
  3. Tap Help at the top of the order page
  4. Select Reschedule
  5. Select a new date/time then tap Reschedule

On the website—

  1. Click Your Orders
  2. Click View order detail on the order
  3. Click Need help with something?
  4. Click Reschedule
  5. Select a new date/time and Save changes
